Most lawn care companies in Nashville will not tell you what they charge until they've had a salesperson visit your property, run you through a presentation, and gotten you in a position where saying no feels awkward. At Verdant Turf Co., we publish every price we charge because we believe you have the right to know what you're paying for before you agree to anything. Transparent pricing is not a gimmick, it's how a business earns trust.

Annual Program Pricing

The Essential Program is $649 per year and covers six core treatments including pre-emergents, fertilizations, and broadleaf weed control, everything a tall fescue lawn needs to stay healthy through the season. The Precision Program is $749 per year and adds soil amendments, enhanced weed control follow-up, and a written lawn assessment after each visit. The Elite Program is $999 per year and is the most comprehensive option, adding core aeration, overseeding with premium tall fescue seed, lime application, priority scheduling, and direct phone access to Drew. All programs are for tall fescue lawns only, on standard residential lots up to 10,000 square feet.

À La Carte Service Pricing

Core Aeration is $175–$225. Overseeding is $150–$200. Lime Application is $75–$100. Grub Control is $95–$125. Nutsedge Treatment is $85. Fungicide Application is $95–$125. Pre-Emergent only is $85. Soil Test and Report is $55. One-time Fertilization is $95. All à la carte pricing is based on standard residential lots up to 10,000 square feet. Larger properties are quoted individually.

What's Not in the Price

There are no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, no application fees, and no long-term contracts. The price we quote is the price you pay. If your lawn requires something outside the scope of your program, a follow-up treatment, a new problem that develops mid-season, we'll discuss it with you honestly and tell you what it costs before doing anything. We will never perform a service and bill you after the fact without prior agreement.
